Information for Vendors

 

*We will be closing the streets...
 Friday, October 20th …9am on to allow time for moving in your tents and equipment. All vehicles must be off the streets no later than 4pm, Festival Start 5pm~’till.

Saturday, October 21st …All vehicles must be off the streets no later than 8am, Festival start 9am~’till.
(we cordially request that you drop off your 'stuff' and remove your vehicle as quickly as possible so others can have access to their spaces also).

Food Vendor
Please wait for prior approval before sending payment and do list all items you expect to serve followed by a comma or semi-colon. Cannot be added to once accepted (just contact me with any changes). Also, please advise us about Electric and tell us what your needs are.
